"What better way to express gratitude, than to empower
communities across the country with additional tools
for creating awareness and income for Veterans."

WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT & WHY IT'S IMPORTANT
WHAT IS THIS ALL ABOUT & WHY IT'S IMPORTANT
“Five years ago, I had an idea…..I wanted to give something
back to the community that supported my dream of becoming
a self-sufficient artist at the age of 19 years old.”
- B. Schader
BACKGROUND
With the help of a few very special people, a plan was made to raise money and awareness for Veterans. An amazing plan that included an artistic life size sculptural tree with dog tags as leaves. A massive wind chime with the ability to visually and audibly inspire communities like nothing that has come before it. A grand idea entitled The Trees in Honor Project was born. Well that was 5 years ago and as with many great ideas, it is still being fine tuned and it’s still just an idea, that is until the right person comes along.....
VISION / MISSION
We believe deeply in the work Veterans Organizations are doing all across this great land. With tremendous reverence, we don’t want to compete, we want to stand side by side with these organizations in lending a hand to our Veterans and their families.
Our vision for a brighter tomorrow, is to engage communities and their community veteran groups with a sculptural installation that will not only honor, educate, and inspire but will help them fundraise for the very important work they already do. Art moves the soul and nature can heal the heart, combining the two in an audibly inspiring and beautifully grand "Tree in Honor" is the artist’s vision for this sustainable fundraising program. A program that will raise much needed funds effortlessly and for decades to come.
IMPACT / BENEFITS
This initiative is, what we like to refer to as A Forever Project … a simple idea, a simple mission and a simple process that will do so much good. For only $75.00 every Veteran can afford to be honored with his or her name on a tag in their hometown tree. Best of all, as much as 97% of that $75.00 can go directly into your community Veteran programs.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
There are so many ways YOU as an individual can help! We can’t begin to imagine the abilities and the contacts of the diverse group of people who will pass through this website. What we can imagine is the phenomenal impact this project will have on our communities, our Veterans and their families. So yes, we would love to have you join us “the more the merrier!” How?… well, for now we’ll leave that up to your imagination! Call us, email us or write us a letter and we’ll figure it out together!
Whatever you do, don't miss the beautiful song of honor it sings
